Your workshop booking will be made under the paypal name used at checkout unless you call/email to advise us otherwise.

Cancellations & Refunds:
We require a minimum of three days notice for any cancellations or we will be unable to refund your booking.
If we have to cancel a workshop for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or arrange a one-to-one tuition session for you at the equivalent price and a date and time convenient to both parties.

Other Stuff:
Children aged 12-16 are welcome to attend any of our workshops provided they are accompanied by an adult.
We provide all the tools and equipment you need for the duration of the workshop but for some you may need to bring additional beads or findings. Please make sure you check the description of the workshop carefully before booking and give us a call on 07419 992 411 if you have any questions.
